Return Policy: We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Ski Guardian® offers hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase for products in their original packaging, new condition and with receipt. Contact MySkiSpace@gmail.com with your receipt number and reason for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warnings: Ski Guardian® cannot prevent all collisions and injuries. Even in very low-speed accidents, serious injury or death can occur when skiing. It is critical that you ski responsibly and within your skill level and remain aware of your surroundings at all times. Ski Guardian® will NOT protect against reckless or out of control skiers. Do not lean or put any weight on device.
Keep Ski Guardian® pointed outward when in use. Keep Ski Guardian® flag rods collapsed at all times when around chair lifts or otherwise not in use.
